Ross G. Carle, 81, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 after a life well-lived. Born in Boardman, OH he was the oldest boy of seven siblings. He attended the Ohio State University, and was a proud member of their marching band. He graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering and became a Professional Engineer. Ross, who holds many patents, served the railroad industry most of his professional career, as well as representing several fabrication shops in Chester County.

And, he loved to sing. Whether in the church choir, at a Phillies game, at birthday parties, or even at the little league field in Houston where his children played baseball, his golden tenor voice resonated and always delighted the crowd. This talent was shared with his daughter Jennifer, and they sang side by side with the 1st Presbyterian Church in West Chester, and other local choirs.

Interment will be at the Grandview Church in Beallsville, OH.
(Note that although the obituary says he will be buried in the Grandview Church cemetery in Beallsville, there is no Grandview Church in Beallsville. There are two cemeteries named Grandview not far from Beallsville; this is the one known as Grandview Church Cemetery and the other is known as Grandview School Cemetery and doesn't have an associated church. Ross is buried in this Grandview Cemetery along with other family members.)
