She lived in the area most of her life coming from Ohio. On October 24, 1953 in Bremen, she married the love of her life, the late John N. Hepler. Daisy was a member of the Tracy Church, Eastern Star Chapter #88 in Warsaw, the Daughters of the American Revolution, LaPorte Chapter, and the Genealogy Society of Marshall County.
Daisy is survived by three nieces that were more like her children Barb (Rick) McCan, Karen (Ron) Trusty, and Peggy (Lon) Thompson all of Knox; as well as several other nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; four sisters Mildred Gromley, Vivin Rummel, Frances Athler, and Hazel McCan; and one brother John H. Stayton.
A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 CST Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the Tracy Church (1702 E. US Hwy 6 & 35, Hamlet, IN). In lieu of flowers the family would like Memorial Contributions in Daisy's honor be made to the Tracy Church.
