Adelaide Agnes Harling Leonard Hollingsworth White was born in Canada to Charles Joseph Harling and Isabella Cox Harling. Although she lived most of her life in Vancouver she lived in San Bernardino California for many years with her son William Robert Leonard, her sister and brother-in-law Charles Melville and Amy Harling Goodacre. She had two brothers, Earnest Charles 'Ernie' and Edward Percival 'Percy' and two sisters Amy Clara and Elsie Lillian Harling.
She was an accomplished seamstress and made her living as a hairstylist throughout most of her life.
She was survived by her son William Robert Leonard and his wife Wilda of Wellington, Kansas and 3 grandchildren, Frederick William, EvaLyn Adelaide Amy, and Laurie Wilda Leonard.
Adelaide was buried in the same plot with her mother and brother.
