Mulligan, James, 65, of Etters, Pennsylvania formerly of East Paterson, died on Monday November 2, 2015. Born in Montclair, raised in East Paterson, he's been a resident of Etters, Pa., for over 40 years. He worked for Kellogg's and before that Keebler Foods in Pennsylvania for 30 years before retiring.
