MUNCIE - Mr. Ralph A. Adkins, 77, of Muncie went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 26, 2006 after an extend ed illness. Mr. Adkins was born on September 6, 1928 to Marty and Emma Adkins. He was a truck driver for many years. He lived a part of his life in Florida and a part in Muncie. He then was a supporter of the starving children. He loved to sing and loved to travel.
His family survives: Glenda McDaniel, (husband Mike) of Muncie; Kathy Gaff, (husband Neal) of Angola, IN; Bruce Adkins of Florida; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held on Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Parson Mortuary. The family would like to Thank everyone that attended and sent flowers. And a special thanks to Pastor McComas and Steve Dugger.
