Jerry Francis Foley, Sr., 49, of Harlan, KY passed away Oct. 1, 2013 at his home following a long illness. He was born March 21, 1964 in Topeka, KS to the late Donna Dee Resique Foley and Jessie Franklin Foley. He was self-employed in the construction business.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Franklin Foley and Donna Dee Resique Foley.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife, Deborah Foley, of Harlan, KY, children: Donna Foley of Harlan KY, Jerry Foley, Jr. of Harlan, KY Cheyenne Bargo and husband, Brandon, of Harlan, KY and Gabriela Castro of Gulston, KY; grandchildren: Kylee Brown, Brooklyn Bargo, and Doug Foley; brothers: Calvin Foley of Elcomb, KY and Jessie Foley of Bardo, KY; sisters: Wanda Foley of Wallins, KY and Diana Brackett of Mary Alice, KY, several other family members and friends and special friends: Chuck Woodard, James Hammons, and Skippy Hensley.

Services will be Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013 from 5 to 7PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
