Clay Brown Hill, 75-year-old retired Kingsboro Mills employee, of the Oakland community, died unexpectedly at his home Friday morning.

A native of DeKalb County and member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Mr. Hill was a veteran of both World Wars and was a Son of the late Demps and Nola Hoskins Hill.

He was married to the former Lizzie Bost, who survives.

Other survivors include a son and daughter, James W. Hill, McMinnville, and Francis Nadine Smith, Tampa, Fla. Eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild also survive.

With the.Rev. Don Owens and John W. High officiating, last. rites were held in High's Chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday, interment. being in Gardens of Memory.
