Mrs. Mary Alice Kelly, 90, died early Sunday morning at Westview Nursing
Home in Britt.
Funeral services were held today at 4 p.m. from the Adams Funeral Home
with Mrs. Tom Oates as reader. Burial and graveside services will be
Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Jagger Cemetery at Danville.
Born at Danville, Mrs. Kelly lived in Cedar Rapids before coming to Ames
in 1925. She lived here until 1960.
Mrs. Kelly was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist.
Survivors include a son, R.W. Kelly of Tulsa, Okla; a daughter, Mrs.
Lucille Everds of Algona; a sister, Mrs. Ora White of Mt. Pleasant; two
grandsons and a great-granddaughter.
