Clarissa was born in Ingersoll, Ontario moving with her family to Saginaw, Michigan where her father died in 1907. After the death of her mother in 1914, she relocated to Canada where on 20 Jul 1916 Clarissa married Robert Draney at Vancouver, British Columbia.
She died of uterine cancer at age 86. Her granddaughter, "L. R. Bick" signed her Death Record.
