Carol Gene Littleton, 82, of Jonesborough, a true Servant of God, went beyond the curtain of time at 1:00 am, Thursday, December 28, 2023. Gene was the son of the late Frank and Mae Light Littleton.
He was a devoted Christian, who attended Happy Valley Church of Jesus Christ, where he was a Deacon. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather who loved to farm and enjoyed driving a school bus for Washington County for 45 years.
In addition to his parents, Gene was preceded in death by his beloved wife Helen; his son, Chief Deputy Patrick Littleton; his siblings, Vella Baines, Norah Benfield, Junior Littleton, Bob Littleton, Dee Littleton, Gertrude Baines, Newt Littleton, Billy Guy Littleton, Basil Littleton, Orlean Littleton and Jay Littleton.
