Donna L. (Musselman) Spurlock, 96, of Brainerd, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Good Samaritan Village - Woodland Campus. Private family services were held.

Donna was born September 12, 1927, in Brainerd, the daughter of Chester and Marguerite (Wilber) Musselman. After high school graduation, Donna started her career with the telephone company in Brainerd. She spent her entire career with the phone company until her retirement in California in 1983. She was kind-hearted, generous, loved cats, playing cards, and Bingo. She enjoyed square dancing and was a kid at heart, especially on her birthday or at Christmas.

She will be missed by her nieces, Judi Keller, Jeani Rofidal, Lonnie (Robert) Adair, and Denise (Alan) Blackwell-Kraft; stepchildren, Bob (Maria) Spurlock, David Spurlock, Mary (Doug) Schultz, Susan Villarreal, Jeannie (Tom) DeLago, and Debbie (Marcel) Navarro; and many extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell "Bud"; stepson, Joseph Spurlock; sister and brother-in-law, Dale and Bob Blackwell; nephew, John Blackwell; great-great-nephew, Connor Adair; and great-great-step grandson, Bentley Thomas.

Arrangements were made with Nelson-Doran Funeral Home.
