She was born Sept. 24, 1916, in Oshkosh, a daughter of William and Ernestine Adams Strohschein.
Ms. Strohschein was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.
Verna is survived by her sister, Ione Strohschein of Wautoma.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 2, in the Seefeld Family of Funeral chapels-Oregon Street, with the Rev. John Beem officiating.
Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services at the Oregon Street Chapel.
