Ronald "Ron" D. Beyers, 67, of Bedford, passed away on December 14, 2023 at his residence. Born on May 21, 1956 in Lawrence County, he was the son of Lloyd and Helen (Hunter) Beyers.

Ron was a graduate of Heltonville High School with the class of 1974. He was the frozen food manager for Marsh and previously worked many years at Mills Market Grocery. He attended Heltonville Christian Church and was a member of Bedford Moose Lodge. Ron enjoyed karaoke.

Surviving to cherish the memory of Ron is two brothers, Jack (Liz) Beyers and Robert Beyers; two sisters, Mary Beth (Jerry) Williams and Wilma (Kenny) Mitchell; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Joyce Beyers.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes. Burial will follow at the Mundell Christian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Sunday, December 17, 2023 also at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel.
