Mrs. Mary Brandt: Funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Tuesday in the Miller Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Mary Brandt, 87. She died Saturday in the Good Samaritan Home, following a long illness. Mary Anderson was born May 24, 1879, in Norway. She came to Sioux Falls in 1881. Her marriage to Charles C. Brandt took place here on Oct. 8, 1913. He died in 1953. She is survived by a a son, Henry, Hartford; a daughter, Mrs. Frank Hall, Sioux Falls; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Albert Anderson, Minneapolis, and two sisters, Mrs. Clarice Graham, Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Myron Graham, Beresford.
