Celebration Service for Mr. Walters will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel located at 1395 Gladys Street in Beaumont, Texas 77701. A public viewing for Mr. Walters, will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023, from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m., at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Funeral Home Chapel with burial service to follow at Pine Bluff Cemetery in Port Neches, Texas, under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas. Nicholas Jacoby Walters was born on November 5, 1985 in Beaumont, Texas to John Jr and Angela Walters. Nicholas was a devoted and attentive father who bestowed his affections abundantly on his girls. Nicholas graduated West Brook High School in 2004. Nicholas was employed with the US Postal Service. He begin his postal career in 2007 at the Beaumont Remote Encoding Center. After the closing of the REC he worked at several area postal facilities; the last as a city letter carrier in Bridge City.
Nicholas accepted Christ and spent his final days trusting and believing in Him. Nicholas loved spending time with family and friends.
Nicholas is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents John and Ruby Walters, Sr. and maternal grandparents Robert and Esther Ruth Broussard, Sr.
Left to cherish is memories are his parents John and Angela Walters, Jr. His daughters Amanie Walters and Aamya Walters. His brothers John Walters III(Esther) and Dominique Walters of Beaumont. His sisters Brittany Gilmore and Ruby Walters(DeAndre') of Houston. And a host of relatives and friends.
