Timothy "Tim" Ahmann----62, Minot, died Tuesday, December 12, 2023 in a Minot hospital.

Timothy Gerard Ahmann was born on March 5, 1961, a son of Thomas L. and Margie (Hulberg) Ahmann in Minot, ND. He was raised on the family farm near Foxholm, ND, where he attended Carpio School, graduating from Carpio High School in 1979. He furthered his education by attending North Dakota State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.

On June 15, 1985, Tim was united in marriage to LeAnn Albertson. The couple had four children, Travis, Molly, Tom, and Jacob. The family first made their home in California and made their way back to North Dakota. They later divorced.

On October 20, 2012, Tim was united in marriage to Karyn Stover. They made their home in Minot. With both of their passion for family, lifelong memories were easily made.

Tim took a lot of pride in his work. He worked his entire career in the construction industry. He began working for Tait and Associates in California. He returned to North Dakota where he worked for Coughlin Construction, Future Builders, and at the time of his death, for Mattson Construction.

Tim enjoyed watching sports, but especially had a passion for NDSU Bison football. He filled the home with endless days of Bison games and his wonderful cooking. Tim enjoyed the little things in life. Whether it be attending concerts at the NDSF or taking a drive to check the crops. Ultimately, he was a family man. He especially cherished his weekly Saturday visits with his mom. He was a very proud grandpa and loved spending time with his grandkids. He will be missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.
