Graveside services were held Friday at Shadowlawn Cemetery, LaGrange, with the Revs. Cleve Kiser, Dr. J. Thornton Williams and Charles Hagood officiating.
Dr. Lewis attended the University of Georgia, was a graduate of Medical College of Georgia and practiced medicine in LaGrange.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Patricia Lucas Lewis.
