Gary Berberich Obituary

Gary Lee Berberich, 77, of Clover, South Carolina, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Mr. Berberich was born October 3, 1946, in Belleville, IL, to the late Eugene and Marcella "Dell" Maxfield Berberich. He dedicated 33 years of life with the military, including serving in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He started with the USAF and retired from NYANG 174th Tactical Fighter Wing. He much enjoyed the camaraderie with his fellow service members. He was a devoted husband, loving father and adoring Pop. He always loved fishing, shooting, playing poker and traveling with his grandkids.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Angela Marie Arcuri Berberich; his daughters, Michelle Bradley (Dan), Charlotte, NC, Kristen Farmer (Jon), Charlotte, NC, and Erin Berberich-Delaski (Chris), Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Nolan Bradley and Emmitt Bradley; his brothers-in-law, Philip Arcuri, Russell Arcuri (Terrie), Anthony Arcuri (Bev Lopez), Frank Arcuri, Joseph Arcuri, Michael Arcuri (Joann), and Rocco Arcuri (Kathy); and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Jean Dell Kehrer and Dan Kehrer.

A memorial service and graveside service will be held on December 28th, 2023, in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, SC
