Mrs. Dicey E Tuck Carter has a CSA pension application on line in the GA archives virtual vault under Oglethorpe Co, Ga. She shows proof of marriage to Elbert B. Clark on 17 Nov 1870 in Clark Co, Ga. He enlisted in March 1862 and served with Echols Artillery. At the surrender he was in the hospital with typhoid fever. He died on 27 April 1904 in Clark County.
