"Word has been received by Mrs. Ocie Green, 1201 Powell street, of the death of her brother-in-law, E. H. Foresman, 80, Kansas City.
Mr. Foresman died Friday morning at the veterans' hospital, Wadsworth, Kan., following a short illness. He was a veteran of the Spanish-American War.
Other survivors include his wife, Bessie, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Roy Hodgen of Kansas City, and Mrs. Hazel Roof of Atlanta, Ga.; a son, Harold Foresman of Chicago; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be tomorrow afternoon at 2 at the Mellody-McGilley-Eylar mortuary, Kansas City. Burial will be in Kansas City." St Joseph News-Press (St Joseph, Missouri), April 22, 1956
