Liz was born July 14, 1956, at Sayre, Ok to the late Mr. Elk Commador Walters and Mrs. Rena Naomi (Swanner) Walters. Originally Liz resided at Dover, OK and called there home for many years. When she was young her father followed oilfield work as a pipeliner, moving her family frequently. She loved her cat and was asking for Daisy (the cat) up to her final day. Most recently, Liz worked at the grocery store in Kingfisher and in Hennessey, beginning each day with an apple pie and some chocolate milk. She and Danny Acox were married for several years and after his passing, she married again to Jimmy Norton and they spent their years together trucking and hauling. Liz enjoyed making macramé potholders for her plants and was always a kind and gentle soul.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husbands, Danny K. Acox and later Jimmy Paul Norton; brothers, J.C., W.C., and Buddy Walters and sister, Carolyn Hobart.
Survivors include her son of Healdton; brother of Dover; best friends of Healdton and of Puyallup, WA; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other family.
The family would like to express a special thank you to her best friend for their dedication and kind felt care to Liz.
