Sam passed away on November 29, 2023. Sam will be deeply missed by his son, Timothy Bungo, and his grandson, Phillip (Marla) Bungo, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Olga Switala, Anne Giza, Christine Deao, Estella Bungo, Irene Shultz, and Susan Russian, and his brothers, Boyd, Walter, Peter, John, Charles, Stanley, and Michael Bungo.
Visitation is Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 12-1:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, where the funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM.
