1924, in Abrams, WI, to Carl and Emma Duwell.

She married Arthur Cooper in Cottage Grove on November 28, 1951.

She moved to Cottage Grove from Abrams in 1948. Cooper was a homemaker and worked at Agripac in Eugene.

Her interests included gardening, reading and collecting humming birds. She had
belonged to Cottage Grove Women of the Moose since 1949, and was a
member of the organization's College of Regents.

Survivors include her husband Arthur;
two daughters: Karla Pape of Springfield and Karen Johnson of Monroe, WA;
a brother Vernon [1922-2005 of Eugene, Oregon]
a stepdaughter, Eileen Stevenson of Folsom, CA;
a stepson, Wayne Cooper of Orange, CA;
three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The memorial service was held at the Cottage Grove Moose Lodge.
