Charlene J. Albertson, 79, of Walhalla, SC, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023 at Cottingham Hospice House.
A native of Oconee County, SC, Ms. Albertson was the daughter of the late William Lee and Lillian Beatrice Watkins Townsend. She was of the Baptist faith.
Ms. Albertson is survived by her son: William Lee Albertson (Roma; daughters: Chievon Megan Roach (Chad) and Connie Renee Taylor; brother: Bob Townsend (Willena); sisters: Shirley Allen and Hazel Moore; grandchildren: Dillon, Chandler, and Gracie Roach, Matthew Taylor, Leah Toolis, and Rodrigo Ticeran; and a great-grandchild: Mia Schmitt.
In addition to both parents, Lee and Lillian Townsend, Ms. Albertson was preceded in death by her brother: Myron Kniceley.
Graveside service at Wolf Stake Baptist Church Cemetery.
