Leah DeRoche Brosie, 87, peacefully passed away of natural causes on November 21, 2023 at the Tambree Meadows Assisted Living Center in Idaho Falls.

She was born on September 15, 1936 in Annis, Idaho to Leo DeRoche and Gladys Kinghorn DeRoche.
Leah graduated from Rigby High School. During her life, she worked at EG & G at the Site as an administration specialist.
She married Cliff Brosie on May 6, 1955 in Elko, Nevada. They have two sons, Pete and Mike.

Leah was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren. Leah also enjoyed fishing and riding up to Warm River with Cliff to feed the fish. She enjoyed traveling in the motor home with Cliff and seeing how each of the States are a little different from one another. Leah was an excellent cook and loved to have friends and family in the home. In the winter, Leah enjoyed going to Lake Havasu.

Leah is preceded in death by her husband, Cliff; her parents; her siblings, Donna Johnson, Glenda Barker, Ileen Mumford, Melba Puckett, Kyle DeRoche, Dale DeRoche, Harold DeRoche, Clarence "Bud" DeRoche, and Ray De Roche.
She is survived by her sons, Clifford L. "Pete" (Doug Strong) Brosie and Michael (Sheila) Brosie.

Funeral services for Leah will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 W. Main St Rigby ID 83442). Interment will follow the funeral service at Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
