Funeral services were held Saturday in Trinidad for Dew native Felix Derry Ayers, 68, of Malakoff who died recently in Palestine.
Mr. Ayers was born June 4, 1931, in Dew and was a retired farmer and member of Calvary Baptist Church of Trinidad.
Services were conducted at 10 a.m. at Calvary Baptist with Jim Farmer officiating.
Burial was a Compton Cemetery in Dew.
Mr. Ayers was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Arrangements were made by Tomlinson Funeral Home of Malakoff.
