SKINNER - At the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank J. Gibbons, in Port Jervis, Abner J. Skinner, aged seventy-one years. He was born in Westbrookville and for thirty years had been an employe of the Erie Railroad. Surviving are two daughters; Mrs. Blanche Gibbons, of Port Jervis; Mrs. G.R. Fear, of Los Angeles, Cal,; two sisters and two brothers. Grace Skinner, of Montclair, N.J.; Flora Skinner, of Newark, N.J.; Robert, of Suffern, and Algeron, of Jersey City.
