Copperton - Lola Deakin Peck Cole, 53, 103-4th East, died at her home May 5, 1969, of natural causes.

Born Sept. 13, 1915, Bingham Canyon, a daughter of Robert P. and Agnes Mauce Householder Deakin. Married James E. Peck, 1935; he died 1939. Married Robert O. Cole, Oct. 27, 1939, Randolph, Rich County.

Marriage later solemnized, Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Served in presidency of YWMIA and Primary. Former volunteer worker, Veterans Hospital.

Survivors: husband; daughter, sons, Mrs. Don E. (Maxine Fay) Parry, Gary R., both West Jordan; Don O., Copperton; seven grandchildren, brothers, sisters, Max M., Mrs. Guy (LaRee) Beckstrom, both West Jordan; Gordon, South Jordan; Norris, Midvale; Don, Hayward, Calif.; Mrs. Marvin (Irene) Throckmorton, Copperton.

Funeral Thursday, 2 p.m., Copperton Ward chapel. Friends call 8090 S. State St., Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday at the ward chapel, one hour before the services. Burial American Fork Cemetery.
