From the Mears Obituary books - "Mrs. Nettie B. Bailey, nee Lucas, 26, daughter of A. J. and Ava Lucas of north of Excello, Mo. died at their home 14 October 1912. She was born 22 August 1886 and was married to Chas. Bailey of Jacksonville, Mo. 16 September 1906. To this union were born two children, Thelma and Velma. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. She leaves a husband, two children, father, mother, four brothers and two sisters. Funeral at Mt. Salem church and interment in adjoining cemetery."
