Lupinacci - Andrea C., originally from Bayridge, Brooklyn, passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 82. Loving wife of Joseph P.; mother of Joseph B. and her daughter-in-law Heidi; and grandmother to Joey and Jillian. Andrea graduated in 1958 from Oceanside High School and attended Adelphi College in Garden City, NY and graduated in 1962 with a BS degree in education. Andrea worked as a home economics teacher at Baldwin Jr. High School, Patchogue Medford, Comsewogue, William Floyd and Sayville High Schools in a career spanning 28 years Andrea married Joe in 1970 and they settled into a new home in Medford where they raised their son before moving to Evergreen, CO in 2006. Andrea had a passion for cooking and this passion extended to hundreds of students over the years. Andrea retired from teaching in 2003 and became a grandmother in 2004 with the birth of Jillian. Her grandson Joey was born in 2008 in Denver, CO. Andrea was an avid reader, loved to cook and enjoyed her garden. A Viewing will be held on November 15, 2023 from 2PM to 4PM and then again from 7PM until 9PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, Lakewood, CO. A Vigil Service will be held on November 16, 2023 at 11AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, the interment will immediately follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver.
