Kim was a graduate of RCHS, class of 1976. She spent most of her life working diligently as a factory worker at Meridian Automotive in Rushville and Shelbyville. Her commitment to her work was a testament to her strong character. Kim's life was enriched by her family, who will remember her lovingly " as the one who was always there for you".
She was a loving mother to her daughter, Jamie (Rodrigo) Cristobal, and her sons, Chad Eveland and Kenneth (Brittany) Corn. She was a cherished sister to Laura (Anthony) Garrison, Lynn Ann (Rodney) Arbuckle, James (Angel) Eveland, and Morris (Wendy) Eveland.
Kim was also a doting grandmother to Dalton, Kia, Ethan, Lexi, Summer, Derric, Alisa, Olivia, and Alonia, and a proud great-grandmother of two. Several nieces and nephews also will miss her.
Kim was predeceased by her parents, her husband Kenny, a sister Beth Eveland Foust and her husband Ricky.
She was an member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was known for her love of bingo. She was a full-time bingo player, a hobby that brought her much joy and camaraderie.
A Celebration of Life will be 1:30 PM Wednesday September 20, 2023 at Todd Funeral Centre with Pastor Darryl Cooper officiating. Friends may call from 10:30 AM until the time of the ceremony. Kim's wish was to be cremated following services.
