PRICE, UT - Our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend, Carolyn D. Norton Brady, 82, passed away peacefully July 8, 2023 at Castleview Hospital in Price. She was born May 26, 1941 in Standardville, Utah to Melvin L. and Edna Noyes Norton. Carolyn married Devon Brady and they later divorced.

Carolyn was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings. She was a longtime resident of Carbon and Emery counties who poured her heart and soul into ceramics. She loved her handywork and was the proud owner and operator of Carolyn's Ceramics in Price for many years. Family meant everything to Carolyn and she lived for her beloved grandchildren. She was an avid reader and she loved teaching her grandchildren how to read.

Carolyn shared a special love for the outdoors and she loved searching for the perfect arrowhead, hunting for pine nuts and working around her yard. Carolyn was always on the go and always ready for the next big adventure. Her contagious laugh and infectious smile brought joy to those around her. Carolyn touched the lives of all and she will be dearly missed by her family and a community of friends.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Kayla (James) Deem, Grand Junction, Colorado, Sandy (Chuck) Wiley, Price; brothers, Bob (Carol) Norton, Salt Lake City, Dale (Ardiene) Norton, Wellington; many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
