MORT G. RIGGLEMAN
RIG, W. Va. -- Mort G. Riggleman, 73, of here, died yesterday in Grant memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born March 29, 1898 in Hardy county, a son of the late Henry and Matilda (Simmons) Riggleman. A son, Elvin C. Riggleman, preceded him in death in 1964.
Mr. Riggleman was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Rig.
He was a retired construction worker.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lena (Crites) Riggleman; two daughters, Mrs. Sarah Hartman and Mrs. Lola Barr, both of Rig; two sisters, Mrs. Bertie Snyder and Mrs. Anna Taylor, both of Moorefield; a brother, Harvey Riggleman, Arthur, W. Va.; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The body is at the Thrush and Fraley Funeral Home, Moorefield, where friends will be received after 10 a.m. today.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home by Rev. R. L. Phillips. Interment will be in Newhouse Cemetery at Rig.
