To the best of my ability, I originally transcribed the stone to read as follows:
"_____ body of Catherine Tedro lieth here. She departed this life April the 8th ANNO DOM 1800 Aged 40 yrs 6 mos and 10 days."
If this date is correct, her birthdate would be 29 September 1759. However, a birthdate of 1759 does not work with the generally-accepted marriage date of her parents (1763). Other researchers believe her death date actually reads '1809'. This would make her birthdate 29 September 1768.
Enlarging the tombstone photograph clearly shows what could be the 'tail' of the number '9' at the end of her birth year, even though this makes the last digit not in line with the previous numbers (which is not uncommon).
If her death date is accepted as '1809' rather than '1800', recalculating gives a birth year of 1768, which works with her siblings and parents' marriage date.
I have therefore edited her birth and death dates, above.
