ANDERSON - James Richard Smith, infant son of James M. and Mary Elizabeth Chambers Smith, died at Anderson Memorial Hospital at 1:25 p.m. Monday.
In addition to the parents, surviving are a brother, Larry Melvin Smith of the home; a sister, Carolyn Ann Smith of the home; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James V. Chambers of Anderson; and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ruth Martin of Honea Path.
Graveside services will be conducted at Old Silverbrook Cemetery on Wednesday at 2 p.m. by Rev. Sanford Jones. The body is at The McDougald Funeral Home.
