Melvin, age 65, passed away peacefully at home on April 16, 2008 in Salt Lake City.
He was born on March 5, 1943 in Salt Lake City to Melvin and Catherine Workman. He married Carol L. Norr in 1966. He enjoyed fishing and having his grandchildren around.
He is survived by his daughters, Debbie (Layim), Patty, two step-children, Natalie and Daniel, sisters, Janice and Patty, brothers, Charles and Leonard, and grandchildren, Derick, Bradley, Tyler, Felicia and Alex.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sat., April 19, 2008 at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road with Viewings on Fri. between 6-8 p.m. and also one hour prior to Services.
