Bryce Bell was born to the late Marilyn S. Hall on February 18, 1975 in Los Angeles, California. He departed this life on January 16, 2012.
He work for Monroe Housing Authority until his health fell and moved to Denton, Texas.

Hall both of Monroe, Louisiana, (1) Sister: Zelia N.
