Betty Sue Little Moran, age 91 of McEwen, TN passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023 at AHC in Waverly, TN. She was born in McEwen, TN on January 26, 1932 to the late Minnie Lou Taylor Little and Johnie Stanford Little. Betty was a lifelong member at McEwen First Freewill Baptist Church. Betty was a Registered Nurse at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly for 20 years. After retiring from the hospital, Betty became a Floral Designer at Marilyn's Flowers for 30 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her grandsons, Timothy Wayne Hunt (Cara) of McEwen, TN and Christopher Scott Hunt (Taffany) of McEwen, TN; great-grandchildren, Maddelline Adell Hunt, Brandy Michelle Hunt and Emily Renae Davis (Gunnar); and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Howard Moran; son, Richard "Ricky" Howard Moran; daughter, Kathy Hunt; grandson, Richie Moran; granddaughter, Amanda Moran; sisters, Joyce Ann Hutchison, Velma Jean Hornburger and Naomi Little; brother, Buford Martin Little and sister-in-law, Dianne Langford Moran.
A visitation for Mrs. Betty will be on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Luff-Bowen McEwen Chapel beginning at 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and also on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 12:00 P.M. Officiating the service will be Bro. William Brown. Interment to follow at Fews Chapel Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
