Clara Mae Adams, 88, of Kokomo, formerly of Taylorsville, died at 5:20 p.m. Monday at Howard Community Hospital at Kokomo.
She was born Oct. 1, 1894, in an area near Nineveh which is now part of Camp Atterbury. She was the daughter of James and Nettie Wray Neville.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home on Jonathon Moore Pike. Calling hours will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday until service time. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams was married to Clarence Adams June 10, 1931. He died Oct. 31, 1971. She was a member of Taylorsville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Molino of Kokomo; a brother, Frank Neville of Greensburg, and four sisters, Mildred Stillabower and Ida Neville of Franklin, Lucille Lane of Edinburgh, and Pearl, whose last name was unavailable, of Indianapolis.
