Mary Lucile Dooley Bell 94, of Indianapolis, died Friday evening, March 14, 2008.

Mary was born July 25, 1913 in Montclair, Indiana to William and Anna Gill Dooley.

A life long Indiana resident, Mary was a charter student at Washington High School in 1927. In 1932, she married Hershel Bell and together they had five children. Mrs. Bell worked many years for the Wm. H. Block Company retiring in 1975. She was a faithful member of the Traders Point Church of Christ.

Mrs. Bell is survived by her sons, Ronald (Janice), William (Karen), and Michael Bell; her daughter, Annalou (Rene`) Baker; her brother, Keith Dooley, 13 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Geraldine Courtney; her husband, her son, Dwaine Bell; and two grandchildren, Becky and Todd Bell.

A celebration of her life will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 19, 2007 at the Robin Run Village Community Room, 5354 W. 62nd St. A private burial service will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Robin Run Residents Council, ATTN: Heritage Fund, 5354 W. 62nd St., Indianapolis, IN 46268. Arrangements entrusted to Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center, Zionsville.
