Eugenia "Jean" Irene Butch passed from this life on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Beloved wife of the late John Butch for 62 years; devoted Mother to Donald T. Bucceri, Cathy S. Fedora (Jay), and Vicki L. Ratermann (Carl); loving grandmother of Nicole Bucceri Glover (Jeff), Natalie Weitz (Joe), Genevieve Edenfield (Scott), Joseph Ratermann, Mary Winking (Ryan), Mary Fedora and the late Matthew Fedora; and great grandmother to Mila, Farrah, Grant, Luke and Keagan.
Jean was born on April 19, 1928 to Virgil and Esther Bettorf in Collinsville, IL. She is preceded in death by her parents and four siblings; Bernice, Ellis, Juanita and Lois. Jean married the love of her life, John Butch in February, 1948 and from there resided in Granite City, IL. She was an active member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.
