CHARLES W. ARDELL
UNITED STATES ARMY VETERAN
AGE 88 YEARS

Charles W. "Charlie" Ardell, of South Williamsport, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023 at UPMC Williamsport. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Janet E. (Doane) Ardell on Nov. 15, 2016. He was a son of the late Clarence and Sara (Sowers) Ardell.

Charlie had a love for sports. He was a walking encyclopedia of sports statistics and a lifelong fan of the Washington Redskins.
