Aimee 'Leah' Ruble (nee Woodings), 51, wife, mother, daughter, sister, maw-maw, aunt and cousin passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born October 10, 1971, in Amherst, resided in Elyria most her life and was a 1989 graduate of Elyria West High School.

Leah was a full-time 'domestic goddess' who also owned her own cleaning business with her sister. She loved to travel with her husband and visit various zoos and casinos with her Dr. Pepper in hand. Leah was a devoted Prince fan and collector of The Peanuts. Leah will be remembered by those who knew her for her lively spirit and her ability to 'light up' a room.

Leah will be passionately missed by her husband, Kenneth; son, Zachary (Kelsey); mother, Aimee Snow; siblings, Scott (Breanna), Jason, and Janeen (Tim); grandchildren, Mychael, Aubrey, Zander, and Jaxxon; her adoring two nieces; two nephews; and eight great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, David Snow; and father, David Woodings.

Friends will be received Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Friends will also be received Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 11 a.m. until the time of a 12 Noon service at the funeral home with her niece, Reverend Zoey Benko officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township.
