He retired from the US Army Corp of Engineers and was a Korean War Veteran.
Clovis is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, four brothers and his wife, Belva Wood.
He is survived by his daughter, Janelle Coker (Eddie and grandson, Casey who was the light of his life); and, brother-in-law, Eldon (Lilia) LaFave of Pierre, South Dakota; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held in Pierre, South Dakota at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to UCP Adult Day Center, 10400 W. 36th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204.
