Kimdall Hal Baggs was born in Many, Louisiana on March 18, 1969. The son of Kennith Harold Baggs and Sandra Crosby Baggs.

Kimdall was raised in Hornbeck, Louisiana where he attended Hornbeck High School, graduating in 1987. He surrendered his life to Christ at a young age in his father's church. He was a devoted Christian and follower of Christ as evidenced by his deep devotion and love to his wife and family.

He had an uncommon work ethic and drive, enabling him to accomplish any job set before him. He loved to work and as a leader he always gave his crew total respect. He treated everyone as family. As a son, husband, father, pawpaw and brother, he was one of the most loving men. Kim was truly loved and ALWAYS will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kennith and Sandra Baggs and his brother, Kenneth "Bubba" Baggs.

To cherish his loving memory, he leaves behind the love of his life, Tonya Baggs. They shared a beautiful life together of 30 years. His children, Haley Baggs, Laken Bordelon and Chris, Deanna Rawls and Paul, Terri McPherson, Eric McPherson and Kellie, Christi McPherson and Kevin O'Con. Grandchildren, Cambree, Cruz, Tatum, Tyler, Baylee, Cole, Trent, Raelynn, Braley, Madisyn, Leighton, Coleton, Teryn and Cameron. Two sisters, Zondra Bayne and Scott, Dena Jarrell and Eric; one brother Kelvin Baggs and Keri; one sister-in-law Ellen Baggs; and one very special mother-in-law Loyce Ann Cloudy. Along with a host of nieces and nephews and very special friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Chance and Rev. John Lewing officiating. Burial will follow in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, Louisiana.

Pallbearers: Tyler Rawls, Cole O'Con, Kevin O'Con, Trent Chaney, Marty Carver, Tony Edwards, Brandon Isgitt and Cecil Jordan.

Honorary Pallbearers: Double C Concrete Hands and Waste Connection Hands.
