BOTKIN -- Charles W. Botkin, aged 71, died at the family residence, 2243 North Water street, at 4:30 o'clock Monday morning. Mr. Botkin has served in the Civil War in an Alabama regiment and had resided in Wichita for the past twelve years. He was formerly a resident of Parsons and of Oklahoma. He is survived by five children; Mrs. Ed Nichols, Indianapolis; Stephen S. Botkin, Noah Botkin, and Miss Mae Botkin of this city, and Miss Jessie Botkin, who is at Dallas Texas., and a brother, Warren Botkin, Z_n_a, Kan. The funeral arrangements are in charge of the Wichita Undertaking company.
