Helen was a homemaker and a member of the St. Susanne Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon, and she enjoyed going to the Mt. Vernon Senior Center.
On December 8, 1962, she married Nikolas Klinger, Sr. in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He preceded her in death on March 5, 2016.
Helen is survived by three sons, Nikolas Klinger, Jr. and his wife, Glenda, of Aurora, Colorado, Jeffrey Klinger and his wife, Elizabeth, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, and Stephan Klinger of Parker, Colorado; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents Stephan and Stella; her husband, Nikolas and one sister, Pauline Yurcisin.
A celebration of Helen's life will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at her home at 9479 Hwy 39, Mt. Vernon, Missouri. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6, 2023, at the Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
