William Robert Fullerton, 42, died from a heart attack at 1 a.m. this morning at his home at 701 East Jefferson.
Mr. Fullerton had complained to his wife that his stomach was upset when he came home from work yesterday. He sat down after supper in a living room chair and fell asleep. His wife awoke about 3 a.m. and decided to awaken her husband so he could to to bed.
When she tried to rouse him, she could not. Police and a doctor were summoned. The an had been dead for about two hours.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday from the First Methodist Church of Riverton, of which he was a member.
Mr. Fullerton came to Riverton in 1945. he worked as a heavy equipment operator for Clifford Albright.
He was born June 13, 1919, at Buffalo, Wyo., the son of Sam and Rose Brock Fullerton. He married Clara Lou Kane Sept 6, 1943.
Survivors besides his wife are children Lewis dean and David Robert of Riverton and Mrs. Caroline Rose Arrowsmith, Lander. His mother Mrs. Rose Wiklund of Arizona and his grandmother also are living.
Mr. Fullerton had served with the Riverton Volunteer Fire Department and had been a member of the VFW, the American Legion and the Elks.
He served for five years with the 115th Cavalry, U.S. Army.
