Olive Palmer was born to Jedidiah Palmer & Esther Read (Reed) 13 Mar 1771. She married Ezra Barnes 24 Nov 1791. Both her birth and marriage are well documented. Family records say she died 22 Jul 1798 which is three days before her father, Jedidiah, on 25 Jul 1798. I have no absolute proof of this date at this time. When Olive died she left 3 small children, and her husband, Ezra Barnes, married her sister Judith Palmer about a year following her death. This grave lies between her father, Jedidiah Palmer & her sister & husband, Judith (Palmer) Barnes & Ezra Barnes. There are 2 other "Olive's" in this cemetery, both likely named for this Olive: 1) Olive Palmer (1798-1866 & MEMORIAL ID #18553690), daughter of her brother Walter & 2) Olive Barnes (1814-1883 & MEMORIAL ID #18312458), daughter of her sister Judith & her husband, Ezra. They are both in different locations within this cemetery.
