Private funeral services will be held Tuesday in the Yavapai County Cemetery for Walter L. Bennett, who died Friday, Sept. 17, in the Yavapai Community Hospital.
Mr. Bennett was born March 12, 1903, in Hazelbell, Texas. He came to Arizona 47 years ago, and had resided in Prescott for the past four years. He was a farmer by occupation.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. MIldred Crum, of Humboldt, Mrs. Myrtle Hiett, of Phoenix, and Mrs. Clara Crider, of Superior; two brothers, Robert, of Miami, and Eddie, of Orlando, Fla.; and his mother, Mrs. Katie Bennett, of Superior.
Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
